This may be a bald faced hornet. They just helped ID these for me on this site.
I tried to enlarge one of the pictures so you could see the wasps. Sorry the picture isn't better. I appreciate everyone's input & assistance!!
It's about 10"x12". I'll try to get better pictures tomorrow.
This was in a bush about 5ft off the ground.
