Sign In to followOh, and, if so, definitely not poisonous. :) If there's a tree nearby, they're very prolific in the seed department and the seeds are wind dispersed, so saplings pop up all over the place.
It looks like a maple to me. Acer sp.
I'd guess thistle, too. Looks all sorts of pokey.
The flowers look like those of Arabidopsis thaliana, but the leaves don't. Perhaps it's some type of rockcress (evidently, that's its common name).
Maybe Virginia creeper? It's fairly ubiquitous on this side of the states...
