This is a passion flower. I'm not sure of the species - there are over 500 species, including wild ones in the northeastern United States. Tropical ones such as this one are grown as houseplants here.
This looks like the herb borage; a beautiful blue. The flowers are edible and make a great garnish in salads.
Next time try to post a picture of the entire plane. It makes identifying much easier.
