This is an Uraniidae, not a plume moth
A beautiful creature, one of the Gracillariidae. At rest they have this characteristic pose. Though small many are economically significant as leaf miners.

Looks like a small moth. Many of these micros are real jewels when seen magnified. This one is exquisite.
Definitely a Cossid (goat moth) of some sort.
This was posted ages ago.......but my comment is that this looks like a Psychidae. It is not a cephonodes, the wing veination, body shape and antenna are wrong.
Can you please enlighten me as to the purpose of these postings. This post does serve an important record of animals and plants found in different localities of the world but these photographs really achieve nothing.
