I was pretty sure this is a Planarian. It is an invertabrate. Why was it put in the other category?

There are a lot of Turkey Tail and False Turkey Tail in this area. Maybe these will mature into one of those type? I'll go back and check them when I look for Pleurotus to see what they grow into, if anything. Thanks for help.
