Description:

Green, somewhat weeping, slender, evergreen tree with brown bark and short needles. Last image shows overall shape of tree.

Habitat:

Silverset Park at 500 ft elevation. "native to the western Himalayas in eastern Afghanistan, northern Pakistan, northern India (Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand), southwesternmost Tibet and western Nepal, occurring at 1,500–3,200 m (4,921–10,499 ft) altitude."

Not Larix occidentalis, that is deciduous ;-)
