Artomyces austropiperatus

Description:

Up to 80 mm tall and 40 mm wide; narrow multi-branching stems with 'crown' like tops; colours generally very pale pink-grey but older ones showing stronger orange to purple to black tips.

Habitat:

Along the side of fallen eucalyptus timber and beneath a good protective covering of trailing grass.
