Very tiny insect similar to Spittlebug. Length is about 4mm.
Urban garden.
If it ends up being a cicada, it would still fit in the Hoppers mission. The mission is for all Free-Living Hemipterans.
It looks more of a cicada than hopper very "CLEVER DISGUISE" do we have a Mission for that? Where are you getting these interesting spottings?
