Scorpion Exoskeleton

Description:

this exoskeleton was recently shed. I saw the scorpion but he went away too fast for me to catch a shot. This is a small version of the kind that live in our area. The exoskeleton measures approx. 2" long

Habitat:

Tropical dry forest in NW Costa Rica 4.5 months into the 6 month dry season.
