I would not dare to confirm yours as Saptha divitiosa, but it looks really more alike than Exanthista.

Hi Bayucca - found pages with spottings that look like mine but not exactly sure and they indicate Saptha divitiosa as the species.

Sesioidea, Choreutidae, Saptha exanthista. I am almost sure about the ID and also almost sure you will find this one on the Philippines, although it is not specially mentioned in the above link.
