Riparian forest at edge of flood bypass and agriculture land
March-early April is typically when Swainson's hawk breeding/nesting begins. I was unsure if i had seen one pair or two. I may have been making observations of only two individuals in a pair that were moving within their nest territory. This photo was taken through a spotting scope with my phone; I apologize for the crudeness. :P
