Phoenicopterus roseus

Description:

The first pic is of a juvenile. The next have some adults, which are distinguished by their more pink legs, beak and feathers. They get pink by ingesting Artemia salina, a small crustacean that is present in the saline waters.

Habitat:

It is found in parts of Africa, southern Asia (coastal regions of Pakistan and India), and southern Europe, in mudflats and shallow coastal lagoons with salt water.
