Could be Gymnopilus, but it's hard to tell without seeing the underside. Cool mushrooms anyway.
I'm guessing it could be Gymnopilus junonius: http://www.elfram.com/fungi/fungi_i/gymj...
But I really have no idea when it comes to identifying fungi.
