Description:

Hairless annual with opposite pairs od unstalked, oval leaves borne on trailing stems. Flowers 4-7mm across, usually red/orange but sometimes blue or pink; borne on stalks along stems, April-October.

Habitat:

Disturbed and cultivated ground. Widespread.
