terrestrial inflorescence, about 8" high, I think it's a species of Etlingera, but I'm not sure,

I spotted this at Thung Salaeng Luang National Park. I know this is a ground ginger flower but there was no foliage around. Just this flower popping up out of the ground.
That's a great link, thanks Viv. I'm not sure about the ID suggestion. I'm going to show this to a friend at work and see what he thinks.
