Janet, the Opium poppy has a scientific name of Papaver somniferum. This is a closely related species with the common names of Poppy of Troy or Dwarf Breadseed Poppy. I believe Ryan21 had a correct ID.
The ID looks correct on this one as P. setigerum. Janet, the Opium poppy is only one species and that is Papaver somniferum.
