Description:

Invasive Weed groundcover. It crowds out the grass and nothing will grow through it. Tiny 1/4 cm blue flowers are barely visible. Leaves are 1/2 cm.

Habitat:

Sunny fields, rocks, gardens. Tolerant to snow and heat.

It's definitely looks like a type of knotweed from the links you guys gave me. I don't think it's Creeping Charlie because the leaves look different.
