Taken at the Pongola Game Reserve in northern KwaZulu-Natal, on route to the Swaziland border.
There are a couple of raptors that this could be. They look very similar in size and appearance:

I think it's less likely to be the third but I would need to do a bit more research into ranges (wiki says that they overwinter in Africa). I hope this helps.
