Description:

Rain spider found inside the toolbox of an abandoned harvester on a visit to Namaqualand in April. The second photo shows various old moults and dead prey. Last photo shows the habitat of this spider.

Habitat:

Nocturnal spider found mainly in the Karoo and drier north western regions of South Africa.
