Floury Baker Cicada

Aleeta curvicosta

Description:

This looks a lot like a Psaltoda, (Redeyes and Roarers and Black Princes) I first thought I had captured another Grinder but the wing seems too heavily patinated. The same with a Silver Knight so I guess I am still looking. Fore-wing is about 45 to 47mm

Habitat:

Low ferns by a driveway light in a garden, may have been resting after losing its shell although none was seen. Four days later this cicada was found at knee height on Clivea plants a few inches or cm from where he was caught the first time. The attraction is unknown. Maybe the light

Notes:

unsure of the identification so this needs revision
