Leaf Galls

Description:

I have always seen this spikes in some leaves, especially in leaves of the avocado tree. Not idea of what it is. I put it under plants but I´m shure it is somthing else. In the second pic the spikes are in an green leave. http://urbanext.illinois.edu/stateline/0...

Notes:

Now thanks to martinl I know "Most galls are produced by specialized hemipterans (sucking bugs) that irritate the tissue to stimulate this extra growth. These galls contain a tiny bug similar to this big one. "http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/819... and this one http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/792......
