Description:

This bloom is beginning to set seed. Each flower contains about 100 florets. Clover florets are pollinatedas soon as they open and seed is ready when the floret turn from brown.

Habitat:

It is in a meadow of wildflowers planted by the city.

Notes:

This was along the Purple Coneflower Trail along Stone Creek.
