Sapsucker holes in Lacy Oak

Notes:

Sapsuckers drill horizontal rows of holes in trunks of many species of trees; when it finds abundant sap, it drills vertical holes to take advantage of it. It returns repeatedly to drink. Other birds may also come to sap.
