Description:

The pine needles seemed to be about 6-12 inches varying in length. The pine cones were found on the ground had a reddish tint and were not all to prickly. The tree was about 30-50 feet high throughout the forest and surrounding areas.

Habitat:

The pine tree was the main tree covering the forest area. They provided the main shade coverage meaning these trees would get the majority of the sunlight. Dominant tree in this area is this pine.
