Thanks for the help, Livan! I looked at those a bit but didn't see a match. When I get some time I'll try to look a bit more. I really appreciate the help!
I am fairly sure that this moth caterpillar is something in the Tribe Ophiusini. Maybe the Live Oak Metria Moth (Metria amella) or the False Underwing (Allotria elonympha)
