The tail is quite long for a Yellow-margined Flatbill. I'm not quite sure what else it could be, though.

Liam, does the first one not look like a Yellow-margined Flatbill ? SHould i make another entry for that photo?

I'm not too sure on the first one, but it is a tyrant flycatcher. The second, also a tyrant flycatcher, may be a Yellow-margined Flatbill.
