I'm inclinded to agree with Livan. The first photo you posted (which you no longer have up) was a dorsal view, which didn't show the breast streaking. Plus, it looked darker in that one. Lovely bird.

I think that's the female of the Black-throated blue warbler (Setophaga caerulescens).
