Tiny Leafhopper

Description:

Very small and numerous little Leafhopper, about 3 mm in length. Pale yellow-green in color and probably impossible to find on plants. Family Cicadellidae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in large numbers, set up along the highway on a cliff between San Cristobal and Tuxtla Gutierrez, km 18.5, 1164 meters elevation.
