Description:

This pine tree is dead at the top. Woodpeckers have created quite a few holes/ nests in the top of the tree.

Habitat:

Pine trees line the main street in this urban housing development in North Texas.

Hello. I moved this spotting to the bird category since it is labeled "woodpecker holes". A "sign of wildlife" spotting is filed under the same group as the organism that made, left or is represented by that sign. Information on the pine tree species can still of course be featured in the information blocks here :-)
