This bird is known to venture out of the forest around the stream of certain farms and hang out and eat with the chickens and then be on its way again. Esta ave sale del monte alrededor de las quebradas a las fincas mas cercanas para comer e interactuar con las gallinas y después seguir por su camino.

Habitat:

Miraguas, Municipio Altamira, Huila, Colombia

This is such a wonderful spotting and as far as I can tell, the first one of this species on Project Noah! It makes me so sad each time you note that this area will be affected by the dam. Your project of documenting the wildlife there is fantastic and would make a great book on illustrating what is lost as development continues.
