This spotting actually includes three wild turkeys and a Canada Goose. The Canada goose is the bird in the foreground with the black and white head. The wild turkeys in the spotting are the subspecies known as the Eastern Wild Turkey. It is one of the six subspecies of wild turkeys. This subspecies can grow up to 4 ft (1.2 m) tall. The upper tail coverts are tipped with chestnut brown. Males can reach 30 lb (14 kg) in weight.
