Striped centipede

Pogonosternum nigrovirgatum

Description:

Small mainly white millipede with a dorsal racing stripe. It is more brown toward the head. Dark antennae. It did the typical headfirst coil when disturbed.

Habitat:

Under a rock in steep ti tree forest.

Notes:

Finally found the ID. This was particularly problematic because it is the immature stage and therefore looks different to the more common adult.
