Northern Palm Squirrel

Description:

A palm squirrel crawling down a tree trunk

Habitat:

It is a tree squirrel, found in parks,lawns and gardens. Not usually observed in frontier province but very common in Punjab

Notes:

It is a very shy species and the moment it is threatened it makes for tree heights, very acrobatic and difficult to catch, used as pets in lower socioeconomic class but not endangered at all!
