Description:

Several small mushrooms (about 12mm across cap) with tan-black, white spots, shiny smooth pileus; white, free gills; narrow pale white-tan stipe. Some small holles had been bitten or scratched through the surface of the pileus revealing the gills.

Habitat:

Growing from within the bark of a recently dead eucalyptus stringybark.
