This beautiful bird is like a yellowish house sparrow. I saw many of them in Santa Catarina Brazil but not sure of the species.

It's a juvenile, so I expect narrowing it down to species may prove to difficult to those who aren't locals.
Try juvenile Saffron Finch.

If you don't find it you could expand your search to other passerines but I think you will find it amongst those 3.
