Mantis

Description:

A large (female) praying mantis "posing for photographs". About 50 - 80 mm long. This either a wingless adult or an oversized juvenile. A Hierodula sp. or a close genus.

Habitat:

On the canopy bridge in Rainforest Discovery Center (RDC), Sandakan, Sabah.
