Tree Bark Jumper

Description:

Another Phaeacius species of jumping spider. This one is a male - see those oversized pedipalps. 7mm in length. This genus of spider all live and camouflage on tree barks.

Habitat:

Tree trunk of a tree beside the lake in Rainforest Discovery Center (RDC), Sandakan, Sabah.
