Description:

A giant grasshopper, purpple coloured, found between the branches of a bush. It had a diameter of 1'5-2cm and around 5cm in lenght, more or less.

Hola Balulo! There is no ignorance on Project Noah, at least not with the negative meaning of the word. I call it enthusiasm of knowledge ;-)... and a lot of curiosity, indeed!
Taeniopoda maxima is a synonym of Taeniopoda reticulata:

How can you know the exact specific name, could it be the T. maxima, or another one?
