Description:

A medium-small blue bird with a small bill, notched tail, long wings, and a notched tail. Females are similar to males, but more drab. Juveniles resemble females but are stockier and have yellow gape flanges.

Notes:

A rare bird this far South during this time of year. The presence of a juvenile suggests they're breeding here.
