A different genus of Apionidae (not Ischnopterapion).

Thank you Lauren for the ID and the links. It was 2.5 mm long but I took the photo months before.

This little weevil is of the subfamily Apioninae. It looks close to the White Clover Weevil, Ischnopterapion virens, but so many of these tiny Apioninae look similar. Yours seems to be larger than I. virens which is closer to 2.5 mm long.
