Grand Fir

Abies grandis

Description:

A huge tree. Several cones present on the mid-lower branches.

Habitat:

Along a main street (112th) in Bellevue Washington.

Notes:

I know its not technically fruit, but I wasn't sure if cones could count for the fruiting bodies mission.

Hi Emma, Have you seen the Sibley Guide to Trees? It has really helped me. It came out a few years ago. I decided to give it a try because he had my favorite guide to North American Birds. It isn't as good as his bird book, but it is still helpful.
