I counted 5 copies of this birds. They were very small.
Hi Michael, Chickadees do not live in Portugal, this bird is a Chiffchaff.
An extremely common winter bird in most of Iberia, it is usually the only Phylloscopus Warbler to stay in Europe for the winter. They winter all round the Mediterranean including northern Africa.
