Humming Hawk Moth

Macroglossum stellatarum

Description:

Not to sure if he moth I have named as seems a lot more orange in colour than the Google image search result

Habitat:

UK and my back garden

Notes:

I was in my kitchen making a cup of tea and happened to glance out of the window and spotted this moth flying among my Purple buddleia flowers growing at the bottom of my garden, I was lucky enough to be able to zoom in with my bridge camera and take a few shots.
