Bottlenose Dolphin

Tursiops truncatus

Description:

Dolphins are warm-blooded marine mammals which breathe air via a blowhole in the top of the head.
I think these are all Bottlenose although Common and Rossi's are also possible here.
These were photographed at a distance from the cliff tops near Lagos lighthouse at Piedade.

Habitat:

Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Portugal.
