Description:

The Blue-throated Motmot (Aspatha gularis) is a species of bird in the Momotidae family.

Habitat:

Seen in the Atitlan Nature Reserve, Panajachel, Guatemala, a forested area by the shores of Lake Atitlan. It is found in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
