@ Agnes: Thanks for the help!
Hi Noel, I did further comparison and found Parantica luzonensis luzonensis as the closest match: http://www.bioquipbugs.com/Search/ViewPr....Here is the upperside of Ideopsis juventa manillana:http://www.insect-sale.com/photo.asp?pho....
Edited and waiting for an ID. Thanks for the assist Agnes!
Hi Noel, I think this is not a Blue Tiger. For immediate wing comparison between a Blue Tiger and Glassy Tiger, here's a good link - http://ifoundbutterflies.org/110-danaini.... Your spotting looks very close to Parantica luzonensis luzonensis, a Glassy Tiger endemic to the Philippines (http://pbh-butterflies.yolasite.com/phil...). Although Ideopsis juventa (White Tree Nymph) could also be a candidate (http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/butterflyguide/...). Regards.
Thanks vitthal py!
