Description:

The Southern White Admiral (Limenitis reducta) is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Northern Spain, South and Eastern France, Italy and the Alps. The wingspan is 22-27 mm. The butterfly flies from May to August depending on the location.

Limenitis reducta. Similar to Limenitis camilla, the (Eurasian) White Admiral. Wonderful spotting!!
