Habitat:

A grassy section of our backyard. The grass has been left long for fireflies.

Notes:

These wee moths landed together and then flew (hopped?) off together.

Thank you so much for your suggestion, Maria. I've not contacted them with the photo, but I did poke around a bit and was introduced to the wonderful phrase "microlep". Armed with that and "Microlepidoptera" from whatsthatbug.com I am off to do another round of searching.
