Cormorant

Phalacrocoracidae

Description:

I am not sure which species of Cormorant this is, hopefully somebody will be able to help me with this. Cormorants are a regular sight here on the the Aegean Coast of Turkey, but I wanted to add this one as I was able to capture one in flight, flying at a fairly low level, so I could get some detail of the underside. There is quite a large pond at our local golf course which was where this one was spotted.
