Description:

This is the largest raptor in eastern North America. This very distinctive bird can seen easily seen even at a great distances. This bird has a white head with yellow beak, white tail and brown body and yellow feet.

Habitat:

Open areas where tall heavy trees, large bodies of water and open land space are relatively close together.
